Jakub Olchowski, PhD, the head of the Eastern Europe department in the Institute of the Central Europe in Lublin talks about the different attitudes towards Russian aggression of Ukraine of different countries outside Europe, assesses the future of the Ukrainian counteroffensive and analyses the political tensions inside Russian Federation.
