He has been on our radar for a long time, and his productions have surfaced across CIARKI shows over the years, making this even more special to us.
Debba is part of a new wave of UK artists blurring the lines between bass driven club music and emotional memory. Rooted in UK bass, garage, and percussive club rhythms, his sound leans heavily on weighty low end and dreamy textures. It is something he describes as bassweight nostalgia.
Rather than sticking to rigid genres, Debba focuses on groove, atmosphere, and feeling. His tracks have landed on labels such as Kaizen, Control Freak, and YUKU, while his selections have also found space on platforms like BBC Radio. By developing his own sonic language, Debba is quietly shaping his own lane within the UK underground.
