The Visegrad Group: Winners and losers of the pandemic

The pandemic has transformed the social and economic fabrics of the Visegrad countries. It laid bare weaknesses and strengths of its political systems. This episode is the recording of a conference "Winners and losers of the pandemic - The Visegrad Outlook" which discussed the impact of the pandemic on V4 countries and strived to analyse differences and similarities in their response to the crisis. The speakers are Miriama Letovanec  Svetkovska, former director at the Implementation Unit and the Prime Minister’s Office, Slovakia; Agota Sharle, executive partner and senior researcher at the Budapest Institute, Hungary; Danuše Nerudová, Rector at the Mendel University, Czechia and Paweł Śliwowski, Polish Economic Institute, Poland.
