Every product uses words in the interface. Ways of how it gets there may differ, but usually it involves at least some work from designers and developers. I’d like to explore possible ways of managing words throughout the process, to streamline your work with it and alignment, both design and development side. Topics I’d like to cover:
Sources of truth for UI copy (for better alignment)
Tools that can help you craft strategic copy for the experience and quantify results (fog score basics + Figma plugins to automate work)
Production changes without development (for faster development)
“Key” management and localization tools overview
Git as an extra asset for designers/content designers
This topic is actually the result of struggles the teams I met had. I’d like to emphasize there is no universal ways of working, but there are tools and methods you can employ for individual painpoints and challenges in specific scenarios.

The subject of the presentation is the creation of products/tools that are intended for a specialized target group. How to conduct conversations and collect requirements? How to gain the necessary knowledge to create a product? How to create a design process and concepts, and finally how to conduct tests with users? How to stimulate the imagination to understand the mechanics of the tool? How to approach a topic which is overwhelming and scary at first if we do not understand the product from both a technical and practical point of view? How to deal with the project if you are the only designer on the team? I would like to use the case studies - to create tools for the world of gaming.

Many organizations and communities have a technological debt, and they also have a leadership debt. When you join a new place, you are presented with an implicit and undefined set of assumptions on how to lead. I guess it is an amalgamation of the ghosts of the past and present leaders, with their good and bad habits, amplified by the general organizational culture. So, it is safe to assume that there is no single answer to the question of what‘good’ leadership is in a place you find yourself. Any answer you come up with is a good one as long as you feel that your approach suits you and helps others around you develop their potential. You probably already have a sense of what you appreciate about the leaders, supervisors, and managers you met on your path so far and what you want to avoid at any cost. Let's unpack how to find out what leader you want to become.

TDD - Trust Driven Development. How building trust can help removing the gap between Designers and Engineers.
We all know that Software Development Lifecycle can be a complicated process. We are usually good at identifying bottlenecks and we have tools like Value Stream Mapping to visualize them. We are often able to remove some of the berries by adjusting the process itself. There are also some impediments that can only be removed by building trust across teams. During my talk, I will shine the light on how to build trust between these teams, break the silos and make enhance products.
