I show how ChatGPT can radically improve collaboration and communication, redefine certain practices, and streamline processes. Bartek will present a holistic, systemic view on individuals, groups, organizations, products and of course users of these products and clients of these organizations. He will take us for an intense ride through different layers of emotional design and emotions management, based on his experience and situations that he found difficult to face. The talk will include designing for users' emotions, analysis of different layers of designers emotions (resulting from: engagement, responsibility, stress, relationship with others), company emotions management (managing expectations, managing crises, understanding users emotions), different types of designers self emotions (personalities, backgrounds, experience, personal situation), dealing with organization culture emotions, following the leaders or doing against all odds, finding motivation, dealing with different types of ego.
Last but not least, Bartek will remind us of some ground rules of emotional design. How often do we forget about it while focusing on business outcomes and deadlines? And is there still a space for emotions in experience design?

The situation in tech is getting serious. UX and Design become questioned. Giants fall (Ideo) and „workforce reductions” hit designers and leaders hard. A lot of changes will come for everyone of us, pretty soon.
Turn off everything we know about „change management”. Enter the world where change can’t be just planned and executed – because we are not sure what should we change and how.

We believe agencies should explore building products alongside agency work. Being an agency gives us a unique advantage where we see the solutions clients and developers/designers are looking for and have the ability to build them. We've found it to be a fantastic way to diversify our revenue stream and build original IP, which helps during acquisition. In this talk, I want to show the pros and cons of building products, how to get product ideas, how to validate them, and 5 tips and tricks to help agencies start building useful products.
